Borders, Doubles, and Alpines will thrive in any well-drained moisture retentive soil in a cool but light position. The show auriculas – Selfs, Fancies, Stripes and Edges are best grown under glass in an alpine house or cold frame. All auriculas should be shaded from the hot afternoon sun.
